As the Telco Cable Search is processed almost immediately upon receipt of a search request we have needed to implement the following search cancellation policy.

We wish to advise that the following criteria will apply for all Search Cancellations:

1. A request for cancellation will not be accepted once plans have already been obtained from any utility with specific relation to the search.
2. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply to all cancellations and may only be waived at the discretion of the General Manager.
3. All requests for cancellation must be in writing.
